I was cruising the supermarket and saw that a 'Mafalda' is a minature lasagna noodle. I guess this would mean that the woman from the ministry of magic chiding Harry about his unauthorized work--AKA Mafalda Hopkirk-- would translate as 'a pasta that leaps over a church'.
