Meh. I'm now in weight training/conditioning in P.E., as opposed to yoga. Mr. Skafe, P.E. teacher of doom, made us do a mile run, then the campus walk. Holy gods. What a fun thing to do in the middle of my period! (At least I have the reassurance that I'm having my period now, as opposed to having it during "Ten Little Indians". I had my period during "How to Succeed", and that was somewhat hellish. Meh.) Fortunately, this gave me a lot of time to think to myself, and I expanded the tune I wrote in History class to a full-blown, niftified tango tempo. A pinch of "The Madness of King Scar" from the Broadway version of the Lion King, a smidgeon of Tom Lehr's "Masochism Tango", and a tad of "Mushnik and Son" from the stage version of "Little Shop of Horrors" thrown in for fun. It's mostly my own junk, though. Highly entertaining. It started off being a Vimes song, but it started to get a bit speciesist, so I might have to give it to Colon. Or they could alternate. I dunno. I've only written a few lines of actual lyrics, so everything is subject to change. Oh well. I'm having fun. After P.E., I went to the lecture hall, where they keep a piano, and picked out the tune. Thankfully, no one came in while I was there. That would have been amusing to explain!

Chungy and I decided that the reason my musical muses were being so overactive (I wrote a song about grapefruits during lunch) was because I don't have any time for my other art. I have virtually no CG time and I haven't done very many sketches over the past while. I suppose that's it. ::shrugs:: Oh well. As long as I'm having fun, it's all good.
