Whee! Marcelina and I managed to find Allison, and all was merry. I had dinner with a bunch of her friends, who look like a great crowd. Less-than-threes all around!

Highlight:

Allison: So who do you want for your birthday?
Marcelina: Did you just say "who"?
Allison: Yep! I gave one of my friends Johnny Depp in honor of "Talk Like a Pirate Day," and last night I gave my friend Sam Sandra Bullock for his birthday. [she goes on a bit]
Me: [sudden facepalm and laughter]
Allison: What's so funny?
Me: My mental thought processes just went "Hey, I have a friend named Sam who likes Sandra Bullock! And it's his birthday, too!"

So yayfun. Allison met Holly, who she says looks like a really great girl, so I'm hoping to get to meet her, too, the next time I come up to Bryn Mawr. Hurrah!
