The Cult of Lincoln

Just crossed one movie off my Summer Guide: the original Willy Wonka, with Gene Wilder. I can't wait to see what Tim Burton and Johnny Depp do with it! Gene Wilder already had that creepy edge, and I look forward to seeing Johnny Depp pulling out all the stops. I imagine the trained squirrels alone will be worth the price of admission! And it'll be heartwarming to have another entire generation traumatized by Oompa Loompas. :D

Meanwhile, so the line "Button, button... who's got the button?" is from Roald Dahl? Somehow, Spike quoting "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" is even better than quoting Monty Python! *surfs about* Oh. Nevermind, it came before Dahl. Long before, in fact. Rats. Still, quite entertaining for those five precious, deluded minutes.

Ashley -- the doctor's name is Arlet Dunsworth, and he came highly recommended. I certainly have no complaints! I'm feeling great. His office is right above Sevy's, at the periphery of Preston Center. And if you have to get yours done this summer, act quickly. His schedule tends to fill up far in advance.
