Got HP&HBP! Over dinner, Mom came up with the brilliant idea of dressing as Trelawney, and after throwing together a costume in under an hour, I ended up winning the costume contest! My prize: the coveted first spot in line! Of course, because I didn't want to take the award away from the kids, I gave the #1 ticket to an adorable pair of siblings dressed as Harry and Ginny. The resemblance was definitely prizeworthy! And it wasn't really a sacrifice, as I had been given ticket #239 when I arrived, but because of the awesomeness of my costume, the manager gave me ticket #4. And I got the satisfaction of seeing those adorable kids' faces light up with unbridled glee when I handed them the ticket. Good gravy, those kids were cute.
