I hope all this CD-R/DVD stuff turns out to be software glitches, because otherwise, my sister is going to be a very unhappy camper. And it took 5 minutes for me to startup tonight, the majority of which featured a black screen and a blinking cursor. This laptop is an overlarge, internet-enabled paperweight.

When is the new computer arriving? I got an email Sunday saying that it had been shipped, and it was supposed to be Next Day delivery. Sure, we had the holiday on Monday, but it's now been two business days.
