Why does it give me so much satisfaction to change my age on the little sidebar thingy? Thanks for reminding me, Inna. I’ll be sure to try your “cleansing dance” as soon as I get enough energy.

It involves lighting a fire and dancing around it naked, doing the funky chicken, and singing ‘Hakuna Matata.’ You should try it.

This is what they don’t teach you in school.

Mmm. Sleep.

It turns out that I wasn’t able to make it through the day. Near the start of English class, I started feeling all hot and flustered and lightheaded and nasty (my group came to the consensus that I looked like hell), so I went to the infirmary, and then home. Then I slept ’till 6. That was nice….

I really hope that school will be cancelled tomorrow. There are chances that we’ll get ice, which makes the closure of school almost a given. ::prays::

In other news, Britt’s video finally arrived. Impressive, as it was sent nearly a month ago. The poor thing looks like its been put through the ringer. Is this not tragic? Gotta love the Canadian and American postal services!

Hmm, now let’s see if I can find anything to eat around here…

Raaa, I’m getting sick and it’s all my evil sister’s fault. She comes home for a week for Thanksgiving and she gives me her cold! Grr. ::goes off to find a nice couch and lapse into unconciousness::

Mrah. Want to know what bothers me? That there’s a new version of Quicktime out every five minutes. You have to spend 50 years downloading it, then it installs wrong, and you have to try a billion more times and eventually rip all your hair out in clumps and storm out of the room, unable to see anything. Then the next time you want to watch something new, you have to download a new version, and the whole process repeats again. Death to Quicktime!

Last night was so happy and musical! “Men at Arms” is really coming along. ::cackles evilly:: I worked out a bit more on “Too Much to Lose”, the highly amusing Carrot/Angua song, and started working out the tune for “Powers of Two”, the Cuddy and Detritus song, inspired by Sannali. Muaha. Unfortunately, “Powers of Two” keeps lapsing into this weird hybrid of “The _something_ Overture” (I think it’s William Tell. You know, the one they always play for horseraces?) and “Spectacular, Spectacular”. Gah. ::whacks self with the creativity stick::

So I’m amused. I think I may have to cut Leonard and Big Fido, though. Meh.

I’ve forgotten. How long does it usually take to get art put up on Elfwood? I updated my Fanquarter gallery on Thursday! Meh. Last time, stuff was up in maybe two days. Grr… ::stomps about::
