::dances:: The paper is over! The paper is through! Lalalalalaaaaaaa! ::lapses into a sleep-deprived coma for 15 years::

I plan on doing that amusing-looking survey in Renata’s blog as soon as I finish my paper. A little motivation never hurt anyone. Gah, now I need to get back to work before my break gets any longer.

The greatest polka in the world: “Oh I don’t want her, you can have her, she’s too fat for me.” They play it every so often at this fabulous German restaurant near my house.

Hey, Rebecca M has the same birthday as Chungy! ::blinks, then goes back to working on her paper::

During school, I did a lot of knitting on Chungy’s scarf. I want to steal it. I’m obsessed with this new yarn stuff! It’s soft and comfy and it’s thick, so it’s much faster to knit. In the small amount of free time I’ve had today, I’ve done nearly nine inches! ::dances:: It’s 10 inches wide, just to give you a reference. That much would have taken me something like 3 hours with the yarn I used fo my Markscarf. Woo!

I’m definitely going to start making scarves and selling them on eBay. Muaha.

“Men are like slinkies… not really good for anything, but you still can’t help but smile when you see one tumble down the stairs.”

I just got Alicey’s Christmas card! ::dances merrily and schnoogles Alicey:: Hurrah! Gah, I can’t wait until Thursday is gone, and I’ll be able to concentrate on things other than my research paper. I’ll be able to finish Sannali’s collab graphic, as I’m sure she’s itching to put up her new layout, and I’ll be able to make my holiday cards and such. And I’ll finish my scarf and I’ll start work on Chungy’s scarf and all will be groovy. Ah, Thursday. ::happy sigh::

::snickers:: I was just looking in my school directory. I feel so sorry for Mr. Dumaine’s wife! Her name is Lorraine Dumaine. ::amused::

Muaha, I finally found the perfect gift for Chungy’s birthday! I won’t say what it is here, because she occasionally reads this. I ran some “I love myself” errands as well! I went to Lone Star Comics to see if they had the “Guards! Guards!” graphic novel, but they didn’t. Meh. I saw it in my beloved Bookshop of Niftyness in England, but noooooo, I didn’t like the Watch then, did I? ::hisses at herself:: Stupid American publishers. Then I went to MJDesigns, where I picked up some really nifty, soft yarnish stuff for the scarf I’m making for Chungy for Christmas (she already knows about it, so no point in hiding it). Then off to Borders, where I had to fight a craving to buy everything in sight. Books are my drugs. In addition to Chungy’s birthday present, I picked up “The Amazing Maurice…”, because I’m no longer planning on getting anything else off Amazon UK for a while. ::wrinkles nose at Chungy for buying all the Tom Holt books in existence so that her dear Priscilla would be clueless as to what to get her for various gifts, etc::

I have declared myself a pun-dit.

Chungy: It’s an amusing moose!

Chloe: It’s a loose moose?

Everyone: A loose moose!

Chloe: I can imagine a transvestite Bulwinkle.

Me: [Frank-N-Furter] Oh, Rocky!
