Whee! Tim Minear’s new pilot, “Drive” was just picked up! From Buffistas, via Whedonesque:

Okay, so now I can mention, my pilot got picked up today. Go team.

Okay, the show is called “Drive.” The network is, um, Fox. And it’s a big, sprawling, ensemble that is utterly serialized. In the pilot, for instance, there are… let me count… about 16 possibly regular characters.

Which means I got me some killin’ to do.

Well, it’s nice that he’s so honest about it. XD

Now let’s just hope that this show is as awesome as Firefly, Wonderfalls, Angel, and The Inside, yet doesn’t follow the example of the three out of four Fox shows that were cancelled after half a season! *is not bitter at ALL*
